When will my order arrive?
Most in-stock orders will ship within our usual order processing time of 2 business days. However, please allow up to 4 business days for us to pack and ship. The total delivery time is calculated as:
(2-4 days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time
Delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment.
Standard Delivery - Orders are shipped within 2 business days. For orders shipping Standard Delivery, please consider UPS transit time. UPS does not guarantee delivery dates for Standard Delivery/Ground service.
Do you ship or deliver on weekends and holidays?
No, orders do not ship on the weekend. UPS only picks up Monday - Friday.
Where is my order? How do I track my package?
When you place your order on our website or by phone, you'll be asked to provide your email address. Once your order is placed, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email you provided.
How can I find out the status of my order?
The tracking number will be included in your shipping status email. You can get “real-time” status of your order by calling our Customer Service team at 815.552.6039.
Can I change the delivery address after my order is placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address after the order has been placed.
Do I need to sign for the package when it arrives?
We do not require signatures for delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door at the UPS courier's discretion.
